I’m Carolyn—a warm, down-to-earth celebrant who listens deeply, laughs easily, and crafts ceremonies that feel like you. Whether you’re planning a barefoot beach elopement or a black-tie celebration, I’ll shape the day around your story, your style, and your quirks.

What to Expect

From the first hello to the final “I do,” my process is designed to be smooth, personal, and joyfully stress-free:

• Initial Chat

  • A quick phone call to check availability and arrange a relaxed meet-and-greet.

• Meet & Greet

  • We sit down (in person or online) to explore your vision and make sure we’re the right fit.

• Planning Session

  • We collaborate on ceremony ideas, legal requirements, and creative possibilities to create a meaningful and personalised experience

• Booking Email

  • You’ll receive everything you need: fee details, a thoughtful couple’s questionnaire, and sample ceremony elements—from vows and rituals to music and readings.

• Custom Ceremony Writing

  • I’ll craft a one-of-a-kind ceremony that reflects your values, your connection, and how you want your love to be celebrated.

• Wedding Rehearsal

  • Held at your venue during the week before the wedding—perfect for ironing out logistics, calming nerves, and getting a feel for the big day.

• Wedding Day

  • I’ll arrive early, set up with mic and speaker in hand, and guide you through your special moment—joining you together as a couple for life.

• Legal Lodgement

  • All legal paperwork is submitted to Births, Deaths and Marriages. Your official marriage certificate will be available for application in approximately two weeks.
